Dante Bridge

The Dante Bridge provides a gateway between Audinate’s Dante networked audio and products that require analogue or AES3 inputs. Special jitter reduction circuitry and high performance audio converters ensure transparent sound in both analogue and AES3 domains.

In addition to it’s use purely as a stand alone audio interface, the bridge also allows a computer running Linea’s Podware control software to use the Dante network to communicate with Linea’s BvNet enabled products.

When PoE switches are used the Dante bridge can be powered over the Ethernet cable. When this is not convenient, Linea can supply an external power supply. The unit is housed in a small enclosure suitable for desktop use or it can be rack mounted by means of an optional kit.

Ethernet to BvNet Bridge

This product allows a computer running Linea’s Podware control software to communicate with a network of BvNet devices via Ethernet.

BvNet is Linea’s high speed network that allows large numbers of products to be daisy chained together with cheap Cat 5 RJ45 cabling. BvNet can operate over distances in excess of 1km without the use of repeaters, network switches or hubs.

The bridge can be USB powered or Linea can supply an external power supply. The unit is housed in a small enclosure suitable for desktop use or it can be rack mounted by means of an optional kit.
